EASY BANANA BREAD

This easy banana bread recipe is quick to prepare and the perfect use for your leftover bananas.
The best part about this banana bread is its soft and moist texture and flavor. Your kitchen and your family will thank you for the wonderful aroma wafting in the air.

Ingredients

  • 4 Overripe Bananas
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Room Temp Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 ¾ cups Flour
  • ½ cup Melted Unsalted Butter
  • ½ tbsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Mash the overripe bananas in a bowl.
  • Add in your wet ingredients and mix to combine.
  • Add in your remaining ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Pour your mixture into a greased or lined baking pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
  • Once out of the oven, cool in the pan for up to 15 minutes before taking it out.
  • Transfer it to a cooling rack and cool completely before cutting.

Notes

You can do either brown or white sugar or a mixture of both. My previous recipe had 3 bananas but it is much better with 4.
