Ingredients
4Overripe Bananas
1 ½tspVanilla
¼tspNutmeg
1tspCinnamon
2Room Temp Eggs
1tspBaking Soda
1tspBaking Powder
¾cupSugar
1 ¾cupsFlour
½cupMelted Unsalted Butter
½tbspOil
¼tspSalt
Instructions
Mash the overripe bananas in a bowl.
Add in your wet ingredients and mix to combine.
Add in your remaining ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour your mixture into a greased or lined baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Once out of the oven, cool in the pan for up to 15 minutes before taking it out.
Transfer it to a cooling rack and cool completely before cutting.

You can do either brown or white sugar or a mixture of both. My previous recipe had 3 bananas but it is much better with 4.
