EASY PEACH COBBLER

Imagine biting into a warm, bubbling peach cobbler fresh from the oven, its golden crust offering a satisfying crunch before revealing the succulent, sweet-tart filling beneath. Ingredients

FILLING

  • 8 Peaches 2 LB
  • ¼ + 2 tbsp White Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon

TOPPING

  • 1 cup  Flour
  • ¼ cup White Sugar
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • cup Milk

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to boil and boil your peaches for 30 secs.
  • Place the peach in cold water to stop the cooking process. This will allow the skin to be easier to peel.
  • Cut your peaches into thin slices, then add them to a 9 by 13 baking dish.
  • Add in your sugars, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt and vanilla and mix well.
  • To a bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Add in your melted butter and milk and mix well.
  • Spoon the biscuit mixture over the filling and evenly spread it out.
  • Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
  • Serve warm as is or with vanilla ice cream.
