Wash, peel and dice 2 apples.
Add to a pot with 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp white sugar, 1 tsp lemon, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Cook for about 8-10 mins on med heat or until soften.
In a bowl, add 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 cup white sugar. Mix well.
Add in 1 large room temp egg, 3/4 cup room temp milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp oil, and your cooked apples.
Add large spoonful's of your batter to a pan with enough oil for frying. Fry on med heat for 2-3 mins, flip and then fry another 2 mins. Let cool on a baking rack for at least 10 mins.
For your glaze, mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp milk, and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Brush each fritter with the glaze and let set before enjoying.
