Wash 1/2 -1 lb chicken foot and remove the nails.
Add 6 cups of water to a large pot on medium heat.
Add 4 sprigs of thyme and 1 scallion and bring to a boil.
Wash, peel and cut 1 lb pumpkin, 1 lb yellow yam, 1 1/2 lb sweet potato, 1 chocho, 1 medium carrot, 1 medium cocoyam. Add to your pot and cover and let cook until almost fork tender.
Add in 1 1/2 pack of country style cock soup, and salt to taste (optional).
Cook until the noodles are soft and the food is fully fork tender.
