ORANGE GLAZE MEATBALLS

These orange meatballs are not only delicious, but they use simple ingredients, and are ready in less than 30 minutes! They are perfect as an appetizer or a compliment to any main course.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Freshly Squeeze Orange Juice From two large oranges
  • ½ tbsp White Vinegar
  • tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • tsp Ginger Powder
  • 36 small Frozen Meatballs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven and bake your meatballs around 2-4 minutes less than the package instruction.
  • For the sauce, add your ingredients (excluding the cornstarch and water) to a pot and bring to a simmer.
  • Mix your cornstarch with your water and then add it to the pot.
  • Mix well and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the sauce to the meatballs and place back in the oven for another 2-4 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

You can adjust the vinegar and soy sauce if you want a tangier taste.
