Wash 2 cups/1 pint of blueberries and add to a baking dish. Squeeze the juice from half a lime over the blueberries and mix well.
Add in your sugar, cornstarch, salt and vanilla and mix well. To a bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Add in your melted butter and milk and mix well.
Spoon the biscuit mixture over the filling and evenly spread it out.
Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
Serve warm as is or with vanilla ice cream.
