  • 1 tsp Meat Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Mustard Powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 9 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 4 Cheddar Cheese Slices I used Low Fat Cheese
  • 4 pieces Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 4 Beefsteak Tomato Slices

SAUCE

  • ¼ cup Mayo I used Light Mayo
  • ½ tsp Mustard Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • tsp Black Pepper
  • tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ketchup

Instructions

  • Mix the ground beef with 1/2 tsp garlic power, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp mustard powder, 1/2 paprika, 1/2 salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp meat seasoning. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
  • Press out your beef in a baking pan to about 1/4" thick. It will shrink as it cooks.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and cook your beef for 20 minutes or until the beef is heated to 165°F.
  • Remove from the oven and drain the fat. Add your cheese slices then place back into the oven for another 3-5 minutes.
  • SAUCE - Mix the mayo, ketchup, sugar, salt, vinegar and your remaining spices.
  • Spread the sauce on the bottom half of the rolls. Then layer your sliders starting with the beef and cheese, tomato, lettuce and finally the top half of the rolls.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

You could stretch the ground beef to use the full 12 pack of rolls, but the beef might be too thin.
