HEALTHY BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES
These banana oatmeal cookies are the perfect breakfast treat. They are healthy, delicious and use simple ingredients to make.

Overripe Bananas

Brown Sugar

Instructions
Add your overripe bananas to a bowl and mash until soften.
Add in your brown sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
Add in your quick-cooking oats and mix well.
Spoon 2 tbsp of your filling, one on top of each other, onto a lined baking sheet. Press out the mixture to 1/4" thickness and shape your cookie.
Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.
Cool for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy.
Notes
For thinner cookies, do 1 tbsp of filling and flatten as low as possible without breaking the cookie. Bake for 10 minutes. You will yield 24 cookies.
