Start by washing all your vegetables with vinegar and water.
Using a knife, cut and discard the end of the pak choi, then chop the remaining vegetable into small pieces.
Peel the carrot and then thinly slice them.
Dice your tomato, red and green bell peppers.
Add all your vegetables to your pot along with your thyme stems, salt, butter, garlic powder and all-purpose seasoning.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Taste and adjust your seasoning to your preference.
