Add your ingredients needed for the meatballs to a bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Cover and leave to marinate for minimum 30 minutes.
Portion out 16 meatballs and placed on a lined baking tray.
Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
For the sauce, add your ingredients (excluding the cornstarch and water) to a pot and bring to a simmer.
Mix your cornstarch with your water and then add it to the pot.
Mix well and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add your meatballs to the sauce and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side or until it has reached an internal temperature of 165°F on a thermometer.
