Add your oil to your pan and heat it on medium low heat.
Once warmed, cook your onions and bell peppers for about 4 minutes (stir occasionally so as not to burn them).
Add in your garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds.
Then add in your ground beef, taco seasoning, salt, tomato paste and mix well. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until the ground beef is no longer pink.
Layer your tortilla with 1-2 tbsp of ranch dressing, then add your ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes and avocado slices. Roll your beef burritos by folding the top and the bottom over the filling. Then take one side and begin rolling to the other side, ensuring to the keep the filling in the center and from spilling out. If you overfilled your tortillas or have smaller tortillas, then roll it in foil paper for easier eating, cut it in half and serve immediately.
