2. Red Onion
3. Sugar
4. Garlic
5. Black Pepper
6. Salt
7. Oregano
8. Basil
9. Chicken Bouillon Cube
10. Heavy Cream
11. Butter
12. Sugar
13. Cornstarch
14. Water
HOW TO MAKE CREAMY TOMATO SOUP
1. Wash and cut your tomatoes in half and add to a baking dish.
2. Add in your sliced red onion, garlic cloves, salt, oregano, basil, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
3. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and carefully add to a blender. Add in your chicken bouillon cube, heavy cream, water, and blend until smooth. You can strain the mixture for a smoother texture.
5. Transfer your soup to a pot and add in your butter, sugar and cornstarch slurry and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
6. Drizzle some cream over your soup and serve hot with a grilled cheese sandwich.
