INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR BLUEBERRY COBBLER
FILLING
1. Blueberries
2. White Sugar
3. Lime/Lemon
4. Cornstarch
5. Salt
6. Vanilla
BISCUIT
1. Flour
2. White Sugar
3. Baking Powder
4. Salt
5. Cinnamon
6. Unsalted Butter
7. Milk
HOW TO MAKE BLUEBERRY COBBLER
1. Wash 2 cups/1 pint of blueberries and add to a baking dish (the same size as the one I used below).
2. Squeeze the juice from half a lime over the blueberries and mix well.
3. Add in your sugar, cornstarch, salt and vanilla and mix well.
4. To a bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
5. Add in your melted butter and milk and mix well.
6. Spoon the biscuit mixture over the filling and evenly spread it out.
7. Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
8. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
9. Serve warm as is or with vanilla ice cream.
HOW TO STORE IT
It will last for up to 5 days in the fridge if stored in an airtight container.
