INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR PEACH COBBLER

FILLING

1. Peaches

2. White Sugar

3. Brown Sugar

4. Cornstarch

5. Salt

6. Vanilla

7. Cinnamon

BISCUIT

1. Flour

2. White Sugar

3. Baking Powder

4. Salt

5. Cinnamon

6. Unsalted Butter

7. Milk

8. Brown Sugar

HOW TO MAKE PEACH COBBLER

1. Bring a pot of water to boil and boil your peaches for 30 secs.

2. Place the peach in cold water to stop the cooking process. This will allow the skin to be easier to peel.

3. Cut your peaches into thin slices, then add them to a 9 by 13 baking dish.

4. Add in your sugars, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt and vanilla and mix well.

5. To a bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

6. Add in your melted butter and milk and mix well.

7. Spoon the biscuit mixture over the filling and evenly spread it out.

8. Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes.

9. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.

10. Serve warm as is or with vanilla ice cream.

HOW TO STORE IT

It will last for up to 3-4 days in the fridge if stored in an airtight container.

  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • cup Milk
