INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR GARLIC SMASHED POTATOES
1. Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes
2. Parsley
3. Oil
4. Pepper
5. Salt
6. Garlic
HOW TO MAKE GARLIC SMASHED POTATOES
1. Fill your pot with enough cold water to cover your potatoes. Add 2-3 tsp salt to taste. It should taste like the sea.
2. Cook your potatoes until fork tender. Roughly 25-30 minutes.
3. Once cooked, cool and add your oil and minced garlic.
4. Assemble onto a baking sheet. You may need two depending on the size of your sheet.
5. Using the bottom of a cup, smash each potato to 1/4″ or 1/2″ thick.
6. Sprinkle with your remaining salt, pepper, and parsley.
7. In a 425°F preheated oven, bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy.
HOW TO STORE IT
These will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

- 2-3 tsp Salt (for boiling) (plus ¾-1 tsp for sprinkling)
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1-2 tbsp Parsley
