This is the best apple crumble recipe! This cinnamon rich sweet dessert is delicious and quicker to prepare than a typical apple pie.
This dish consists of peeled and sliced or cubed apples that are mixed with sugar and spices. It is then covered with a crumbly topping and baked until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown. It can be served either by itself or alongside a scoop of ice cream. INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR APPLE CRUMBLE
FILLING
1. Gala Apples
2. Brown Sugar
3. Lime/Lemon
4. Cornstarch
5. Cinnamon
6. Salt
7. Vanilla
CRUMBLE
1. Flour
2. Brown Sugar
3. Baking Powder
4. Salt
5. Cinnamon
6. Unsalted Butter
HOW TO MAKE APPLE CRUMBLE
1. Wash and peel 3 apples.
2. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core.
3. Slice and cube the apples into bite-size pieces and add to a bowl.
4. Wash and cut 1 lime and squeeze the juice over the apples.
5. Mix to ensure the apples are fully coated.
6. Add your remaining ingredients.
7. Mix well and set aside.
8. To a bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix well.
9. Add in your melted butter and stir your ingredients until crumbly.
10. Add your filling to a baking dish (the same size as the one I used below), then add your crumb topping on top.
11. Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
12. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
13. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

It will last for up to 5 days in the fridge if stored in an airtight container.
