Jamaican Pak Choi, a colorful leafy green also known as bok choy, is a popular dish in Caribbean cuisine. What distinguishes Jamaican Pak Choi from its Asian counterparts is its distinct flavor profile, which includes a slightly peppery undertone and a hint of sweetness. This is partly because of the island’s lush soil and tropical environment, which converts everyday veggies into gastronomic masterpieces.
